If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement.

Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.

However, if there is a defect or damage in a custom item received, we will offer a replacement upon review. Kindly provide photo proof and order details within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Products that are used, tampered with, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for replacement.

Since our products are customized/personalized, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
