🛡️ 7-Day Replacement for Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@splashdiy.com with:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographs of the damaged item

Once approved, you will be required to courier the item to the following address:

📦 Please note: Return shipments must be self-arranged. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🎨 Customized Products
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.

However, if there is a defect or damage in a custom item received, we will offer a replacement upon review. Kindly provide photo proof and order details within 7 days of receiving your order.

📌 Important Guidelines
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Products that are used, tampered with, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for replacement.

Since our products are customized/personalized, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with images/video proof.
